Bryan holds a degree in Business and Management and brings over 20 years of experience supporting organisations with his exceptional technical expertise.

 

As Co‑Director of Creating Order, he specialises in designing and implementing Testing systems, rigorous software testing, and bespoke training sessions.

 

  • With a deep understanding of business structures and processes, he helps ensure that new technology works seamlessly from day one.

  • His hands-on approach to quality assurance and user testing means systems are reliable, scalable, and user-friendly.

  • He also brings clarity and confidence to teams through practical training, helping non-technical users feel capable and empowered.

With over 20 years of experience and qualifications in Business Administration, Practical Bookkeeping & Accounting, Rachael brings a strong foundation of operational expertise to every project. 

 

  • Rachael's focus is more on the day-to-day operations — from team workflows and process automations to client onboarding and admin systems.

  • She also specialises in bookkeeping systems set-up and organisation.

  • She’s worked across a wide range of sectors, providing practical support and tailored solutions that reduce overwhelm and increase business capacity
